泉州南少林：少林南拳文化武术起源地，又名镇国东禅寺，俗称南少林，始建于唐朝，兴盛于两宋，至今已有上千年历史。经历几度兴废，史迹犹存。

Quanzhou Shaolin Temple: This temple, also known as Zhenguo Eastern Dhyana Shaolin Monastery, is the origin of Southern Shaolin Kung Fu and its rich cultural heritage. Founded during the Tang Dynasty and reaching its peak during the Northern and Southern Song dynasties, this thousand-year-old temple has witnessed periods of both prosperity and decline, yet its historical legacy remains strong.

洛阳桥：中国一座海湾大石桥洛阳桥（原名万安桥），素有“海内一桥”之誉，是古代著名跨海梁式石构桥，在中国桥梁史上与赵州桥齐名，有“南洛阳，北赵州”之称；它与北京的卢沟桥，河北的赵州桥，广东的广济桥并称为我国古代四大名桥。

Luoyang Bridge: Known as the “One Bridge Within the Seas”, Luoyang Bridge (originally Wan’an Bridge) is an ancient masterpiece of stone bridge construction. This magnificent bridge, spanning the bay, is a celebrated example of the beam-style bridge and holds a place of equal importance in Chinese bridge history alongside the renowned Zhao Zhou Bridge, giving rise to the saying, “Luoyang Bridge in the south, Zhaozhou Bridge in the north”. Luoyang Bridge proudly stands as one of the Four Great Ancient Bridges of China, along with Beijing’s Lugou Bridge, Hebei’s Zhaozhou Bridge, and Guangdong’s Guangji Bridge.

开元寺：泉州自古有“佛国”之称,其中规模大、影响广寺院要数开元寺。开元寺规模宏大,构筑壮观,景色优美,与洛阳白马寺、杭州灵隐寺、北京广济寺齐名，中国古代四大名寺。

Kaiyuan Temple: Quanzhou has long been known as the “Buddha Kingdom”, and among its many temples, Kaiyuan Temple stands out for its grand scale and widespread influence. Its magnificent architecture, stunning scenery, and prominent status alongside the White Horse Temple in Luoyang, the Lingyin Temple in Hangzhou, and the Guangji Temple in Beijing, make it one of the four famous ancient temples in China.

网红西街：泉州早开发的街道和区域，早在宋朝，它就已经象征了泉州的繁荣，它还是泉州市区保存完整的古街区。

Internet-Famous West Street: Step back in time as you explore West Street, one of the earliest developed areas in Quanzhou. Since the Song Dynasty, it has been a symbol of the city’s prosperity and remains the most well-preserved historical district in Quanzhou.

第四天 郑州—登封（少林寺—塔林—武术表演—禅宗少林·音乐大典）

D4: Zhengzhou-Dengfeng (Shaolin Temple-Pagoda Forest-Martial Arts Performance - Shaolin Zen Music Ritual)

少林寺：“禅宗祖庭，功夫圣地”之称的少林寺就位于河南省登封市嵩山五乳峰下。少林寺始建于北魏太和十九年（495年），孝文帝为了安置印度高僧跋陀尊者而敕建于中岳嵩山少室山北麓的。少林寺是世界著名的佛教寺院，是汉传佛教的禅宗祖庭，在中国佛教史上占有重要地位，被誉为“天下第一名刹”。

Shaolin Temple: Nestled at the foot of Songshan Mountain’s Wuru Peak in Dengfeng, Henan Province, lies the Shaolin Temple, renowned as the “Ancestral Court of Chan Buddhism and Sacred Land of Kung Fu”. Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei dynasty founded the temple in 495 AD to provide a sanctuary for the esteemed Indian monk, Buddhabhadra. The Shaolin Temple holds a prominent place as a world-famous Buddhist monastery, revered as the cradle of Chan Buddhism within Chinese Mahayana Buddhism. Its significance in Chinese Buddhist history is undeniable, earning it the title of “The Number One Temple Under Heaven”.

塔林：历代少林高僧的塔墓，目前塔林现存石塔两百多座形状各异，是现存中国最大之塔群。在国韵阁内陈列着世界上最大的欧阳修汉白玉雕像。

Pagoda Forest: Explore the serene Pagoda Forest, home to over 200 uniquely-shaped stone pagodas marking the tombs of past Shaolin abbots. This impressive collection is the largest of its kind in China. Within the Guoyun Pavilion, marvel at the world’s largest white marble statue of Ouyang Xiu.

第五天 登封—焦作市温县陈家沟村（中国太极拳博物馆、太极拳全域剧场《印象·太极》）

D5: Dengfeng - Chenjiagou Village, Wenxian County, Jiaozuo City (Chinese Tai Chi Museum, “Impression Tai Chi” Immersive Show)

中国太极拳博物馆：中国太极拳博物馆是我国第一家非物质文化遗产代表作项目太极拳主题博物馆 ，也是我国第一家武术单项主题博物馆。博物馆坐北朝南，呈八边形，寓意太极衍生八卦，融通八方。博物馆上下共分五层，全面展示了太极拳拳史、拳理、拳法，系统深入地阐述了太极拳的起源、衍变和发展。

D6: Yuntai Mountain

云台山：属太行山系，古称覆釜山、女娲山，因山岳高峻，群峰间常见白云缭绕，故名云台山。其处于东经113°20′—113°26′，北纬35°5′—35°29′之间，位于河南省焦作市境内北部太行山东端，南临黄河，主峰为茱萸峰，海拔1297.6米。云台山属于峰林峡谷地貌，属暖温带大陆性季风性气候，四季分明。

Yuntai Mountain: Part of the majestic Taihang Mountains, Yuntai Mountain, formerly known as Fufu Mountain and Nuwa Mountain, earned its name from the ethereal clouds that often dance among its towering peaks. Located in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, at 113°20′—113°26′ East longitude and 35°5′—35°29′ North latitude, it sits at the eastern edge of the Taihang range, bordering the Yellow River to the south. Yuntai Mountain’s highest peak, Zhuyu Peak, reaches an elevation of 1,297.6 meters. Characterized by its distinct peak-forest gorge landforms and a temperate continental monsoon climate, the area experiences four distinct seasons.
